    To support and develop the professionalism of pharmaceutical marketing practice by:

Promoting the continuous improvement of standards of pharmaceutical marketing practice

Promoting the training and development of people engaged in pharmaceutical marketing

Providing a discussion forum to facilitate the interchange of ideas on issues affecting the pharmaceutical industry

    To provide a range of social and sporting activities for the enjoyment of members and their guests, and to facilitate networking.

    To organise the annual Pharmaceutical Marketing Society Advertising Awards and build on their success.
