New Leadership training modules for senior marketers launched by PriMe

These new one and two-day Leadership Modules have been developed to complement the recently launched Advanced Modules for senior marketers, providing expert training for those who wish to progress their leadership expertise in key areas such Leadership Essentials, Developing Successful Partnerships and Effective Matrix Management.

Reflecting its new mission statement Promoting Pharmaceutical Marketing Excellence, the PM Society consulted with its members, the industry and a dedicated Advisory Board, to identify areas senior marketers and team leaders would like to expand and develop in order to have a real effect on their day-to-day roles, as well as helping them to evolve personally.

The PriMe Leadership programme, in partnership with red kite consulting, will include interactive Modules, combining plenary sessions with workshops, case studies and lectures by key industry speakers. Taking place at Beaumont House in Old Windsor, the dates for the three Modules are:

Leadership Essentials	2 days	15-16 June 2009
Effective Matrix Management	1 day	17 June 2009
Developing Successful Partnerships	1 day	18 June 2009

The Leadership Essentials course is a two day Module to help delegates gain an in-depth understanding of good leadership behaviours and know how to adapt their particular style to their audience. Effective Matrix Management  aims to help delegates gain a better knowledge of working in a matrix structure as a leader and how to optimise team management within that environment, while Developing Successful Partnerships focuses on giving delegates a deeper understanding of how to develop and manage partnerships optimally.
