NEW OPENING FOR GENERAL MANAGER

The PM Society is looking for a General Manager.  This is a new and unique role within the PM Society.

The GM role will be responsible for developing, co-ordinating and implementing the overall operational plan of the Society.  The role will have objectives and targets to meet.  It is an exciting and broad role requiring a solid background in management (having run a division or team), proven people management and leadership skills and sound strategic and financial experience.

The role will require the successful candidate to use business development skills to drive all Society activities including membership, PriMe, Digital and Advertising Award sponsorship and other events.

Experience:

You should have strong IT and digital marketing experience combined with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.  You should have run a division of a company or agency and have proven people management and leadership skills.   A background in good strategic and financial planning would be useful.

The salary is £54k based on 4 days per week with a discretionary bonus + benefits.
