PM Society 2007 Advertising Awards Results
Dear Members and Guests,
What does the PM Society Advertising Awards have in common with James Bond? Well we’ve both reached No 22 this year! So here we are again presenting this record of the best of pharmaceutical advertising for 2007.
Another bumper year of entries spread all around the 17 award categories. The new digital award was particularly well supported, so much so in fact that we had to create two awards out of it – for interactive programmes and for films.
Congratulations to Paling Walters for making Xenical the first ad for many a long year to come top with both GPs and agencies. And several other ads and mailings did well with both target audiences and creative judges too – so perhaps we’ve finally found the secret of appealing to both colleagues and customers!
Congratulations to all the other successful agencies, amongst which Woolley Pau must be mentioned for their outstanding Duac campaign.
Our thanks as ever go to our award sponsors, to all the backroom team who help stage the event (notably our incomparable secretary Vivien Bennett) and of course to yourselves for both entering work and attending this spectacular annual occasion.
