Cancellation and Transfer Policy
PriMe Training Courses:
If you decide to cancel your attendance then you will be subject to the following cancellation conditions
Cancellation with less than 14 working days before course start date, 100% of the course total will be payable
Cancellation with less than 21 working days before course start date, 50% of the course total will be payable
Cancellation with 22 or more working days before the course start date will result in 25% of the course total being payable
If you decide to transfer your course date to an alternate date, you will be subject to the following conditions:
Transferring before the original course start date will result in no charge, unless we incur further costs from the venue. Where such costs have been incurred, we will provide you with a breakdown of these for your payment.
Educational events and Awards:
Cancellation with less than 14 working days before the event start date, 100% of the ticket price will be payable
Cancellation with less than 21 working days before event start date, 50% of the ticket price will be payable
Cancellation with 22 or more working days before the event start will result in no charge
