The OneHeart programme has been developed by AstraZeneca in collaboration with the NHS to help patients achieve better heart health. Half of patients discontinue oral antiplatelet (OAP) treatment within 12 months of discharge from hospital - almost doubling their chance of dying or having a non-fatal heart attack, therefore the programme aims to improve adherence to treatments in accordance with current guidelines and also to improve patients' understanding of their condition and treatment. Since its launch, the OneHeart website has exceeded expectations and targets and has been described by some cardiologists as the best patient support service they have seen.
Excellent research drove the whole programme and delivered a personalised approach for patients that has made a real difference to adherence in this therapy area.

It is setting a new benchmark in ADHD".
An excellent programme that links HCPs with patients, with the online mood tracker a real hit with everyone.
