They know she is in control, they understand as much as they need to and they trust implicity in her ability to deliver valuable quality assets. Over the last 12 months Veronique has had her fair share of challenges: running international eDetails across 15 markets with a 'committee' of client stakeholders; navigating global social media campaigns for patients; global training initiatives for HCPs and self-profiling patient support websites. Thanks to Charlie's determination and passion for digital a number of diverse and ambitious digital projects became reality this year. His ability to build strong and trusting relationships with his clients by acting as their guide and mentor and his patience and meticulous attention to detail in managing the technical development process, has ensured effective leadership of both internal digital teams and external production companies. Building an ambitious computer game for children on a long term clinical trial was a 'first' for the pharmaceutical company involved and indeed the industry. As such, it required a complex approval process both by the pharmaceutical company's own legal and compliance teams in multiple countries as well as external regulatory bodies. Charlie's unwavering support for the client every step of the way and his single-minded determination to address every single concern and question has resulted in successful approval by regulatory authorities in 46 countries.
