This half-day workshop is rooted in the science of how the body and brain react to stress and offers a practical guide to managing the pressures we face in the business world.
It covers how to step back and analyse a challenging situation and re-frame the way you approach it, plus practical tips on how to manage your day-to-day work, to reduce stress levels.
It also reviews theories and techniques around mindfulness, breathing and relaxation, including clinical evidence of how they impact the stress reaction in the body. And finally, it covers how lifestyle choices around exercise, sleep and diet can help you reduce stress levels.

Paul Phillips spent many stress-filled years working in advertising and marketing at Ogilvy, FCB and VCCP, both in Europe and the US. He founded the specialist agency VCCP Health and ran it for 8 years, before stepping out of the agency world to focus on running training for clients and agencies.
